Educational Qualification
General Manager, DGM: Applicant should have graduated in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering with ANSI /AVSI in Sugar Engineering/ANSI/M.Sc(Agriculture) and 20/15 Yrs. experience in the GM Sugar Industry out of which 3 years as Plant Manager.
Manager / Dy. Manager Mechanical, DM Plant Operator: Applicant should have a graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Preferred BOE, and 8 Years of experience for Degree and Min.10 Yrs. experience for Diploma in Co-gen Plant.
Electrical Engineer (Common /Central for all): Applicant should have a graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering and ANSI / AVSI in Sugar Engineering and 4 Years of experience for Degree & 7 Yrs. experience for a Diploma, in Sugar Industry.
Shift In-charge, Lab / Shift Chemist: Applicant should have graduated in DIFAT,(Biotech), B. Tech (Biotech), B. Tech. (Chemical Engg.) / M. Sc Environment and 4 Yrs. experience out of which 2 yrs. as Shift I/c in Ethanol Department.
Environmental Officer: Applicant should have post graduated in Environmental Science/ B. Tech (Environmental Engg.) and 1Yr experience in the relevant field
Boiling House Fitter A, Fitter, HT Line Man, Mill Fitter B: Applicant should have passed in ITI Fitter Electrician with valid HT license holder and 7 Yrs. relevant experience in Co-gen Plant.
Godown Incharge: Applicant should have Graduated with Knowledge of Excise Laws, Regulations and its Implementation, and 8 yrs. relevant experience in the Sugar Industry.
Pan In-charge: Applicant should have passed in Matric and SBCC and 10 Yrs. experience in the relevant field.
DCS Operator(Turbine, Boiler), Boiler Attendant (2nd class): Applicant should have passed intermediate, Preference to Computer Diploma /Diploma in Engg/have Boiler Attendant certificate and 5 Yrs. experience in high-pressure Boiler.
Turbine Operator -Field, Fermentation, Distillation, WTP: Applicant should have Passed in Matriculation with ITI (Fitter/Electrician) and 5 Yrs. relevant experience in the relevant field.
Pharmacist: Applicant should have held in Dip./Dig. Pharmacy and 5 years. Preference for relevant experience in Sugar Industry.
Pan Man, Assistant Pan Man, Evaporator Operator A: Applicant should have Passed in Matriculation and SBCC and 7 Yrs. experience in the relevant fields.
Lab Chemist: Applicant should have a graduate in Chemistry and 4 Yrs. experience in the relevant field.
Driver for JCB / Aero tiller / Tractor/ Ambulance: Applicant should have Passed in Matric with a valid HMV license and 2 Yrs. experience in driving JCB/Aero Tiller.
Age Limit
As per the Notification of HPCL the Minimum Age limit of the applicant is 18 years and the Maximum Age limit For Management is 57 Years & For Non-management and Seasonal is 55 Year as of the 1 October 2020.
